Softening the Season is an online, three-session somatic progression across 11 days to help you gently reset your overwhelmed nervous system.

Meet Your Practitioner

I am an Integrative Holistic Health Practitioner who has worked in the health and wellness field for nearly 30 years. The principal aspect of my work is the facilitation of somatic emotional release, which results in positive transformational shifts for my clients. With an array of tools to draw from, I partner with my clients to provide holistic support that is unique to the individual’s needs and preferences.

For those seeking deep transformative work, my training in various trauma resolution modalities allows me to apply a uniquely integrative approach for navigating grief, loss, and trauma. Sessions are gentle and non-invasive, they are client-centred and client directed. Sessions can be profound and impactful, and empower my client’s innate healing ability.

I am a certified practitioner of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Holographic Memory Resolution® - modalities that help regulate the nervous system, resolve trauma and address acute and chronic pain. I have a great deal of compassion for those on a healing journey and I am deeply honoured to be able to hold space for my clients.
